The so-called Green Beach, in the stretch of sand on the south side of the Pinetina Sud bathing establishment, is equipped for the entire bathing season with facilities suitable for disabled people.
In the Green Beach is free both access and use, and its use is allowed daily from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. for the whole period of the bathing season exclusively by disabled people and their companions.
In the whole area it is therefore not allowed access to other people with the exception of those listed above, nor is it permitted to install shaded areas in the areas not occupied by the bathing platforms for disabled people.
The installation of shaded areas is allowed only for the length of time people are on the beach and they cannot be occupied with personal belongings out of the hours of the beach opening. The facilities on the beach can be freely used making sure that they are not damaged.
Job chairs supplied by the beach can be used for free, paying attention not to damage them and storing them in the designated space at the end of their use.
All the equipment must be stored in the area at the end of their use.
No personal belongings may be stored in the area where the equipment is stored and therefore, in case of loss of personal belongings improperly left there by users, the Municipality of Castiglione della Pescaia shall not be considered responsible in any way.
